Policies and Processes

As a global company with a commitment to integrity and corporate social responsibility, we strive to maintain the highest standards of conduct and ethical behaviour from our employees and our suppliers:

• Code of Ethics: Our code expects employees to maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance when representing the business.
• Whistleblowing Policy: Our whistleblowing policy encourages all employees, customers and suppliers to report, without fear of retaliation, any suspicions, including any circumstances that may increase risk of slavery or human trafficking.
• Due Diligence/Purchasing Code: We have updated our supplier contracts to make explicit reference to slavery and human trafficking. We undertake a higher level of due diligence to our suppliers if there is a higher risk of modern slavery.

Awareness and Training

We are raising awareness of modern slavery obligations to our staff and we continually take time to invest in education in order to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and suppliers.

CoreData operates a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective policies and we will review annually the effectiveness of the steps taken to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in any of our business units.
